Why a Survey? 

Very few employers posses data that provides emotional data on how their employees feel about the workplace. They may receive some feedback in the “review process,” they may hear rumors and innuendos, but unless they have the results of an “emotional survey,” they really don’t know what stressors are affecting their people. 

The information contained in your Current Condition Survey is more precious than gold. Why? The data has been extracted from the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and yes, the emotions of your staff, who are your most valuable asset.

The Analysis Report you receive provides a detailed picture of the current condition of your practice.

While the Survey provides critical information on the state of your practice, it does not provide solutions. The solutions come by adopting a bottom/up management process. Using our New Agreements 3D Systems Management process, your teams learn how to identify problems (broken systems/processes) and your frontline workers propose solutions to fix the systems.
